Not able to access Report Incident app in SAP EHS

Dear Gurus,

We are having a S/4 Hana 1709 system with the EHS component installed. Referring to the below URL we have checked the Report Incident application in Fiori App Library and do the required steps in our system. We have already activated the service, maintain in Gateway and given the necessary roles to user. But still we are not able to see the Application tiles.

Could you please let us know what need to be done additionally or we have missed so that we can activate the app in our Launchpad.

Hello,

This is role issue , there are two roles - Backend (ECC )and frontend (business ) role, please check once ( try sap all and check once )

Later download Fiori Client on your mobile - Enter the URL ( Basis guy will provide you )
