Problem with changing last dunned date

I am trying to change / remove the last dunned date and existing dunning level so that we can re-set the dunning process.

This works if taking the dunning level back from 2 to 1, and entering a "dummy" date for last dunned but not if we are taking it back from 1 to 0, with no last dunned date. In the latter case, it is still producing a level 2 output.

Can anyone suggest how to re-set the dunning to level 0 (not yet dunned)?

Hi,

1.go to tranzaction FBL5N

2.select all the items that you want to change

3.click field "dunning level"

4.click "MASS CHANGE" button or go Enviroment>Mass change>New value

5.input the date and level to "Last dunning " and "Dunnning Level" that you

want to change

6.click Execute changes

Dear Sue,

please try to delete the dunning run and change the customer master records ( CoCode data ) + line item fields for dunning.

I was only changing in the master record, not the actual line items already dunned.
