Hi

Solution manager is another application which cna be used to post the queries to be mainteind in a data bases with status of the queries, solution provided agasint the quey by the consultant.

This in broad terms Is a support / complaint managment system for SAP problems. this could be between consultant ( implementation partner) and users or between user and core team of same comapny.
