Assign user with critical transaction

I had create critical authorization ID. But how can i assign this ID to certain user?

You need to assign it to a role :

Create the role in PFCG and assign the values of each field of the authorization object.

You need to generate this role.

Activate this role by clinking on the corresponding button

You need to assign this role to your USER in SU02 transaction under the tab "Roles".

Hi,

I think you misunderstood my question.

I create a critical transaction (known as critical authorization) using RSUSR008_009_NEW which is the new analysis for critical authorizations. I create a critical authorization ID from this report and wanted to assign to specific users.

Hi,

no need to assign this ID to a user. You have to create a variant for this ID by double cliking the "variants for critical auth" folder, then execute the report variant. the result will be the list of users with access to the critical auth you defined in that ID.
