Hi
Please check in table MARA, you can get the list of materials created in a specified duration.
Further you can make a Z - report for extracting the same using tables MARA, MARC, MBEW, MARD.... whcih you can print & submit for approval

Hi Kiran,
Since you don't have that information in MM60... I sujest you create a simple query on table MARA ou MARC (if you want it dependable on material/plant).
Then you can simply print it (it's ALV like).
Do you want guidance on query generation?

Hi again,
A Query is a list of data taken from a table or several tables. You have SQ02, SQ01 and SQ03 to create user group, infoset and query (by the order).
In the end you have to ask for ABAP help to create a transaction SE93 for the report.
Go to http://www.easymarketplace.de/online-pdfs.php and download this manual: 'SAP Query (BC-SRV-QUE)'.
This will be quite useful to you. Put some effort on it!
Regards.
