Batch is going to restricted stock

Hello Gurus,

I have a issue regarding batch.

During MIGO we are giving external batch numbers but it is not prompting to enter date of production and batch is going to restricted stock after posting.

I want the batch to go to unrestricted and prompt to enter production date.
