Failed to connect to the syndicator (No ICE server)

Suddenly this message has started to appear on the subscriber system when requesting catalog ('Get catalog') from the syndicator.

To check that the ICE server is up and running I've pasted the syndicator's connection url 'http://server:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.ice' to a new browser, and it gives me a login prompt and a welcome message as supposed.

But still the subscriber cannot establish a connection??

One minute it was working, the next not. Any ideas?
