can any one tell me where will we update PLA register...

i have checked j1i5 ,is there any other tcode ...

And in J1ih additional excise,other adustments,TR6 challan,

cancel invoice all this ...to which ETT Table it reflects....

You follow this procedure to make a posting when you transfer money to your personal ledger account (PLA) and to update the PLA Register. When you post Financial Accounting Document system shall not update the PLA Register. Hence while posting Financial Accounting post PLA to a clearing account i.e. PLA on Hold account. When you update the TR6 Challan updation process system will update the PLA Register and PLA account and reverse the PLA on Hold Account.

Use Transaction FB50 to post he financial document.

Then use J1IH to update the PLA. On the main menu select the TR6 challan and fill the relevant details. PLA Updation in practice is also through a TR6 Challan. The latest is ofcourse G.A.R 7 form which has replaced the TR6 but I am not sure that it is available in SAP.

Well if you go to the specify GL accounts for Excise transaction, then for the Company code, ETT, Excise group you will be able to see the GL account where this posting will reflect.

Is that what you wanted to know?
