Is HCI / HCP-IS available without HCP?

Hi,

Just wondering if HCP-IS is available without a HCP license? In the pricing and packaging I do not find it as a separate option.

The HCI trial ran without HCP so it should be technically possible (up to a point) to run HCP-IS without HCP.

If it is still a separate option, where can I find the pricing information?
