1) how to get the day of particular date.

eg:-

__date__ day

05-06-2008 Thrusday

2) i need a row wise list in the alv output not the column wise out. is it better to go for ALV or module pool. if modulepool

, how to do it.

eg:- date 05.06.2008

day thursday
