what is primary cost plan and secondary cost plan ?

Primary cost Plan: Cost planning for the Primary cost elements.
These are cost incurred by Goods issue, good receipts, Invoices to name a few.
Secondary Cost Plan: Cost planning for the Secondary cost elements.
These are the costs incurred by the confirmations and internal activity allocations.

Planning primary costs involves those costs that arise from the consumption of goods and services supplied to the organization from external sources,like Material costs,Labor costs etc.
