Hi Gurus ,

I have a scenario as per below.

The material have Base unit of measure is "M".

Alternate unit maintain in the material as 1M= 2EA in additional basic data.

The goods receipt against the Purchase order and unit of Measure is EA.

After goods receipt the LOT quantity is coming as M unit with proper proportion (with EA)

But during result recording the inspected quantity alsways showing "1" irrespective to any lot size.

The same inspection plan also used for different material with base unit unit of measure EA . In that case the inspected qty showing correctly.

Only problem is coning for material with BUN is M

Could you please suggest why this type of issue is happening.

Thanks in advance

Aravind

Are you using sampling procedures? Which one and what are the sampling requirements?

Your inspected qty is related to the number of items to inspect out of the lot quantity.

The number to inspect can be any amount depending on how you set the characteristics up and what the sampling procedures are.

If you don't use sampling procedures, you can specify in the inspection type setup the quantities to a certain degree. I.e. selecting 100% inspection in the inspection type setup without using sampling procedures should cause the inspected qty to be the same as the lot qty.
