Hi Experts,

Our SMARTFORMS didntt printed. No print out occured. What should we check first to resolve the issue? Thanks so much!

Hi,

First check with the customisation part,whether it is assigned to an output type and all....

Then check with the layout.Windows and templates size might mismatch.

Can you see the smartform in print preview?

Check that the selected printed is configured to sap or not?

If configured and if it is locked by the basis or not....

check these basic things

Hi,

Please check whether the spool request is generated for this smartform.Also check whether proper output device has been configured.Also check the page layout,window size in smartform.Check whether smartform has been activated.
