Run as -> Preview Site Template results in Site not found

Hello SAP Cloud Platform Portal Experts,

I try to follow the blog post Customizing a Parallax Page in SAP Cloud Platform Portal. I've cloned the Git repository and zipped the content of the sub-folder parallaxsitetemplate. This I've uploaded to Web IDE (I've tries in SCP Trial and also on Production) and got the same structure as shown in the blog post. When I now try to run the Project with Run as -> Preview Site Template:

I get the following result in the browser:

What I see in the developer tools is that the access to:

/sap/fiori/parallaxsite/preview.json

fails with a 403 Forbidden error.

The previous test was done in the SAP Web IDE Full Stack. When I try the same in the old Web IDE then the error is:
