Purchase Order Migration from SAP to SAP

I want to migrate Purchase Orders from SAP 4.6c to SAP ECC6, what is the best method? ALE, LSMW, BAPI? How can I start the whole process?

How can I send PORDCR.PORDCR04 from the source system (SAP 4.6c)?
