Can alert modeler be used in WEB Client

Can alert modeler functionality be used in WEBclient??

Hi,

Yes there is Alert Modeler in IC WebClient. You need to do configure the same at

IMG -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Define Alerts & Alert Profiles.

1. Define the required alert.

2. Define the triggering event.

3. Input the value for the parameter e.g. seconds 60

4. Define Profile

5. Assign Alert created in 1,2,3 to profiles

6. Go to your IC WebClient Profile and assign your Alert Profile.
