Condition record overlooking for condition in pricing procedure

Dear All,

I have one condition for which condition records are maintained. But in 1 pricing procedure, I have to exclude condition records for that condition & want to pass value from one above condition to that condition.

How it can be done ??

Thanks,

Vishwas

Probably, you need to elaborate more with pricing procedure screen shot. Please make sure that your question outlines the steps you took to find information and create the question again. This way members will know that you searched and were unable to find what you needed.
You may also want to include screenshots of what you're seeing, to help members further understand the issue. And please provide some additional details, as the question is fairly short.

I HAVE ONE CONDITION FOR WHICH CONDITION RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED IN VK11. It is used in some pricing procedures where condition value is determined by condition records maintained.

But in 1 pricing procedure, my requirement is that for that condition type, condition records should not be considered. In stead of that I want to pass value of one other step number to that condition type. I tried to do this by specifying step number in From field for that condition. But still value from condition record is coming for that condition.

I hope it is clear now..

You could try adding a calculation formula in the other pricing routine but I suspect the condition records would take precedence anyway. In general, it's not a good practice to use the same condition in completely different way. That's why you might have difficulty finding an answer here - no one really does that in SAP.

The Z reports should've been written in such a way that changing them when a configuration change happens would be simple. Ideally, there should've been just one function/method where you'd make a change and it'd just be used by multiple programs. Or at minimum a table entry or parameter should've been used to allow a quick condition name change/addition. Heck, even if it's hard-coded well it's a 5 minute change. Might be a good opportunity to improve Z reports. Just sayin'...

But in 1 pricing procedure, my requirement is that for that condition type, condition records should not be considered.

If condition type is no more to be used for that Pricing Procedure then you may also remove it from Pricing Procedure itself.

Can you please post few screenshots I.e from Pricing Procedure, Sales Order ?

tried to do this by specifying step number in From field for that condition. But still value from condition record is coming for that condition.

Moreover, after specifying Step number how did you perform testing?Did you try creating a fresh Order or you were checking it in existing Order?
