can anyone recommend a solution for the following situation:
- On a monthly basis, hardcopy documents are signed manually by multiple employees.
- These hardcopy signed documents are then scanned manually.
- After scanning, the now electronic documents are sent to SOX auditors
- This process is very time-consuming, status monitoring not possible
Is it possible to use a Workflow Tool which:
- allows to upload multiple documents (e.g. PDF, TXT files)
- sends an e-mail to one or more approvers?
- allows digital signing of the documents?
- provides an overview of the open/completed tasks?
I'd be very happy to hear about any tool that is able to process the steps 1-4.
