i have a scenario where i need to change the settings on the material mster screens. please tell me where is the setting for mm in customising

GO to SPRO Logistics General--> Material Master --> Configure Material master then there is short description on understanding on how to configure under

then continue on Define Structure of Data etc

First You need to know the screen or sub screen.... for which you want to change material master screens.

for that, when you are in MM01/02,

Position the cursor on a field.

and Click on System-->Status

here you can see, screen number.

now go to

SPRO-> Logistics - General-> Material Master-> Field Selection-> Maintain Field Selection for Data Screens

and replace 0001 sub screen and keep your screen number there (eg.,2045)..I.E., PARTICULAR SELECTION FIELD

this 0001 sub screens are given by sap as default.

you can use t-code OMS9 for field selection in material masterial . and if u wants to add view to ur material type use tcode OMS2
