SNP - Sales Orders confirmed vs Required Quantity

Hi All,

We have sales orders in ECC integrated with SCM. I have a couple of questions related to their integration.

1- In SNP, we see the sales orders required quantity rather than the confirmed quantity. Is that standard?

2- Is there a way that the SNP heuristic considers confirmed quantity only? We are on SCM 5.0

In v5.0 you have a quantity type field in the atp category group.

Try changing it from requested to confirmed...

I have not tested this yet. But it should work.

If the 'Fix date and Quantity' field is checked, then APO will only consider the confirmed quantity. This field is on sales order schedule line. It could be configured so that the default setting is checked. Thanks

In SNP you can only consider requested. In TPVS you can select. If you need to plan from confirmed quantities you can easily overwrite requested quantities in CIF inbound userexit.
