SAP Business One.exe Application Error

Hi

I am trying to create sales order, Delivery

or A/R Invoice document (one of these document) based on the information from the

Sales Quotation document i.e. using the option copy from or copy to

option buttons at the bottom of the form. This sales quotation raised for

service not for item. As soon as I click copy from or copy to button and select the sales quotation and click ok, Then the system throws out the following error message. If you try to close the message it wont be closed and the system hangs.

"The Instruction at "0x01993bcc" referenced memory at '0x00000090'. The

memory could not be read". Click on OK button to terminate the program

or Cancel to debug the program. Please see the attached file for more

information on the error.

What could be the problem?
