Recurring Invoice - Urgent

Hi all,

I am creating an add-on for "Recurring Invoice" similar to "Recurring Posting" available in SBO. I have used UDO for this add-on. This UDO contains 1 header and 1 line table. when am inserting the data from my customised form, it is working perfectly fine and data is getting stored in the tables. After that am duplicating the records for creating instances, as it is done in "Recurring Posting" form, using a stored procedure. This time also I can successfully add the data into the tables . But after that again when i try to add a set of data through my Customised form am getting an error "Entry already exited in the table".

As this is a serious and urgent issue please suggest me some solution urgently.
