Help MD06 Problem...

Hello Gurus,

Am a student workin as intern.a small part of my job is to determine how many error idocs in the werks.

for example werk A..has around 260 disponents for MRP controllers.

we have more than 6 werks and all together 821 disponents...

how can i run all the disponents in one shot for one work .....rather than to run it 821 times for each werk.?

please help.. "!

Hi,

You can do one thing:

Use the Transaction : MDLD (Print MRP List), instead of MD06.

In this specify the Werks without specifying the Disponent.

Select the Ausnahmegruppen und Bearbeitungskennzeiche as per your requirement.

and Execute. In the next screen specify the Ausgabegerät.

but how can i take out the report in the form of excel so that i can count how many errors (that is the job) ?

how is it possible to take data in the form of excel from eigene spoolaufträge...

Hi,

You will get the Printout only, From the Spool list you can down load it to the Local Excel file.

But the format will not be as expected. Try with the Transaction SP02 then display the result then download.
