Chat Error in SAP Business One

Hello experts,

i am trying to enable chat in sap but i receive the error :HTTP Status 404 - /job/IM/client/clientUserList.html .In the setting i have check the option enable live collaboration.

Any idea?

Hi Ifigeneia,

In the SLD -> Services, make sure there is no '/'.

If there, edit it and remove the '/' at the end of Job Service Address/Link URL.

Thanks that you raised the question here, Ifigeneia. We have been able to find out more and clarify more. We delivered a correction in 9.2 PL08. Since the function has been delivered with PL06 only, just customers updated to PL07 are potentially affected. See also SAP Note 2465614 which we just enhanced.
