blank screen when loading IC Agent

Dear CRM Guru,

since morning i see a blank screen with the tool bar when loading an IC_AGENT

yesterday evening when i checked, the screen appeared fine. and no changes happend since then.

this happens only to all IC Agent roles and IC Manager looks fine

what could have caused this? help me to restore the IC Agent business role screens.

    did the java update on your pc? can happen automatically. Needs to be 1.4.2_xx

    2 more notes 927566 & 927567 - intermittanly the application area is blank part 1 & 2.

    Hi Glenn,

    i checked the Note and the parameters mentioned in the Note

    they are maintained exactly the same as mentioned in the Note

    could there be any other issue

      Can you assign your user to the default call center? or create a 2nd entry in PPOMW to see if the default ICWC behaves in the same fashion?

      When you get the blank screen, do you get a yellow info on the lower left corner of your IE window?

      Are you launching via t-code CRM_IC or from the portal?

    Hi,

    First delete the cookies and the temporary files of the internet explorer. And also uninstall the POP UP blockers if any.

    After that try to login to the IC Web using the CRM_IC transaction,
