partner told us that the note relate to SDK license mechanism is missing.

Here is the detail:

we wish we could see the changes.

Hi All,

The reason why the note is not currently visible is that we are updating the contents to reflect some changes. This note will be released in the coming days for all to view. Unfortunately while this note is being processed it is not possible to copy the contents here until it has gone through our QA channels.
