We have a scenario where Promotions / Campaigns are integrated with ECC system and are determined automatically based on Customer + Product combination at the time of OTC cycle.
My ask his where do i define the number ranges for Campaigns in ECC ? I have followed the below link, and the steps are not relevant in my context.

Still campaign to Promotion mapping happens in ECC; eventhough i have not defined any number range.
Kindly suggest how this can be further troubleshoot.
