Check availability of the internal host , the status is "Not Reachble"

Hello All,

I am not able to connect to my backend system, shows the SCC as "Not Reachable" and SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit says "Failure reason: "Backend status could not be determined".

(And, I tried to change some configuration as orthers people said , but it didn't work now ).
