Mail not ppearing in SAP inbox

Hi Experts,

I have created a workflow to send mail when the scheduling agreement is generated. I have created subtype and Z method and event.

The workflow is executing manually. But the mail is not being sent to the Inbox.

Also when I see the event trace using SWELS and SWEL , I cannot see my subtype and zevent.
