KSV5—The segment contains no receivers Message no. GA733

Hello SAPer,

When I execute actual distribution via t-code KSV5, system shows "The segment contains no receivers".

I have checked the cycle and its segment. It seemed everything is ok. More info please check the below attachments.

P.S. Execute actual distribution with same cycle in Fiscal Year 2017 is normal...
