hi

to create 1 delivery for 2 or more orders you don't need any customization.

you can do it if below menioned fields are same

1) same shipping point

2) same incoterms

3) same route

4) same ship-to-party

5) same sold to party.

6) Payment terms

Goto VL10C, give shipping point and select "Sale Orders" tab.

Here give the sale order references in "Sales Document" and execute.

Now you will have a screen to select the sale orders. Press your mouse on the white box of the respective sale orders and click on "Background".

At the bottom you will see an information, "See log for information about creating deliveries".

Now press +"Shift + F4"+ so that a data will be displayed in the system.

Place your mouse on the data and press "Documents" so that it will give a delivery reference.

Make a note of it and go to VL02N, give the delivery reference and post goods issue.

Dear Wish

May be you could have drafted in your own style instead of copying and pasting of mine. Word by word, there is no difference !!!!!!! Sorry to highlight this

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for a detail answer, so after saving the delivery doc after PGI, can we use that document number and create an invoice. In that case will both the order(which has been clubbed in delivery) will be invoiced, in one single invoice. Hope i am clear,

VJ

Dear VJ

Yes certainly with one delivery reference, you can create one invoice. Here again, only if following datas are same in all sale orders.

1) Payer

2) Payment term

3) Inco term

4) Exchange rate in case of export order

5) Shipping Conditions

thanks

Also check the copy control settings between your order type and delivery type - there is a combination requirement tghere that may affect combination.

One other thing, never used it myself, but there is an order combination flag in the customer master - that may need to be set.

But you have to ensure that following are unique in all sale orders.

1) Ship to Party

2) Shipping Conditions

3) Inco term

4) Transportation group

5) Shipping Point

thanks
