I am working on BI 7.0 for a reporting solution of CRM. This is a UK Council project. CRM version is CRM 2007 and BI version is 7.0.
There reporting requirements from the Business.
1: Service tickets( For eg: if customer called council for a parking ticket, then service ticket is raised like this there are lot of example..)
2: Survey
3: Interaction record
4: Solution database etc.
I am new to CRM. I need to analyse the business content and make the list of Gaps.
In CRM 2007, there is a new datasource called Service Tickets . Can I use this or shall go for the older datasource service orders?
If any one has done the similar work, could you please let me know which datasources are suitable? I am also not aware of what master datasources required?..
