Unable to activate Integration model and transfer the Master / Transaction

Hi Folks

when I try to activate the integration model system displays a pop up named Outbound queue blocked that reads "hostname 'XXXXXX' unknown / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMIN IT' Unable to determine". When I look at the Outbound queue monitor for this queue, the status is "CPICERR"

However when I delete this Q, i am able to activate the Integration model, but am not able to see the Master / Transaction data in APO that was intended to be transfered from R3 like Sales orders & PIR's.

Any clues on why the outbound messages popped up and whether it has caused the Master / Transaction data not to be transferred to APO ?
