Activities involved in changing RFC connection from R/3 QA to R/3 PRD

Hi,

My current GRC system points to R/3 QA and all the data that is there in GRC system is imported from R/3 QA. Complete testing of the system has been done. Now I want to point this GRC system to R/3 Production. Does someone has list of activities and the sequence in which they need to be performed so that I am able to clean up the current data in GRC system that pertains to R/3 QA and import the data from R/3 Production.
