Rebate statement for customer

We maintain rebate agreements for our customers in the system and want to send out a monthly statement to them with information on earned bonus credits, payed out bonus, revenue counted towards bonus etc.

What would be the best way to do this?

First you need to identify in which are the fields those values are being stored. Then, ask your ABAP team to develop a report to fetch the values from the fields. For sending this data to your customers, just search in SCN or Google with the text like "email output for customers", so that you will get lot of inputs from where, you can take the logic and achieve the desired result.
