Error while connecting to DI-SERVER...

Hi All,

when i connect to the DI-SERVER..i use to get this problem....i have done all the changes like

1.Eliminating License Server

2.Starting DI-Server Service.

when i perform this operations in another system..it's connecting to DI-Server but in my system iam getting the below ERROR...

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.WebException' occurred in system.web.services.dll

Additional information: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Access Denied.
