Info Record Condition Tab Enabling

Hi

When i create a PO for a matl n vendor combination with info update tab selected in matl data tab,

Info record automatically created but in that only genreal dat n some info text tab only coming..... but the Conditions tab not coming in that inforecord..

Wat to do to enable that??

Hi ram,

It is standard, it will create only general and purchasing org. data. but it ll not copy the condition from that PO. instead it ll copy the PO and keep that as reference. when u create PO next time it ll bring the condition from that PO, which is avaialable in the Inforecord.

Hi Dinak..

I hv already created the same combination PO again n its capturing the conditions that i tried already.

But my question is why its not happening in the first Po it itself???

But i heard that some setting r thr to enable that... Am looking for that.

Hi ram,

There is a Infoupdate indicator in the material data tab at item level in PO. if u check this it ll update ur inforecord. so u would have unchecked at creation of First PO .

Have you maintained some price for the PO line item.

check the condition tab in the PO.

spro > material management > purchasing > purchasing info record > define screen layout.

Hi Ram,

Since I do not know much about the actual conditions in which this problem is occuring, I would suggest you to look at the Master Data like Material Master, Vendor Master. If everything looks to be fine, then just go to the PIR in change mode and enter all the relevent inputs like Vendor, Material, Pur.Org. and Plant.
