Info Record Condition Tab Enabling

Hi

When i create a PO for a matl n vendor combination with info update tab selected in matl data tab,

Info record automatically created but in that only genreal dat n some info text tab only coming..... but the Conditions tab not coming in that inforecord..

Wat to do to enable that??
