SAP CRM fiori app My Ticket app is not working

We have deployed standard fiori app My tickets app on premise. All configuration in frontend and backend are in place. I am able to launch app through fiori launchpad. But there is no ticket shown on the initial screen. Also when I try to create new ticket and submit, I am getting error as jQuery is prerequiiste for sapui5.

Although when i check through ctrl+shift+alt+p, jquery version is as below

I am able to get values from category and employee list from backend

But when i click on submit button, I get error as below and err_connection_timed_out error in console. Please help me to identify the issue.
