In Payroll Schema - How to determine if employee is Exempt?

Hello,

Within a PCR in our payroll schema, is there a standard SAP operation that I can use to determine if an employee is Exempt or Non Exempt?

In Time Evaluation schema, I can use OUTWP operation with parameter EXMPT. However, this does not work in the payroll schema.

If anyone knows of a standard SAP operation that accomplishes this, please let me know.
