Hello Pandits,
I have created an Questionnaire in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and assigned it to my Lead transaction and the problem is i can see the Title and Push buttons but not the Questions in WEBIC or SAP GUI.Can any one help me???
Steps of Configuration
Defined Questionnaire
Defined Sections
Defined Questions
Defined Answers
Saved the Questionnaire
Activated the Questionnaire
Defined the Determination for Questionnaire
Defined Qualification Levels for the questionnaire.
We are using CRM 5.0 and creating questionnaires for Leads.

The issue has come back.

I figured out the issue i had .We were using Marketing Attributes as our questions and the values for them were modified but the survey was still having the old values as answers and hence it was displaying blank.
I have awarded points to venu and Manohar for trying to help me out.

to check the CAT server
go to crm_survey_suite --> Survey Repository --> click on GO TO --> Administrate CAT server

please check...
whether CAT server is running properly or not
if the CAT server is down the mentioned problem may occur
once u open the questionnnaire tab u will be able to see the questionnaire name but not the questions and answers
just colour less screen diplays...
try..

on menu Go To
Click on Administrate CAT Server
