Hi,
I want to enable semantic search on our Trex portal search, but only on one specific index. I followed the guide: "How Tou2026enable semantic search/search for synonyms in TREX".
There it says:
"If you want to activate the semantic search only for a certain index, copy it to the index directory
<TREX_DIR>\index\semantic_test"
But I don't know what to copy, what is meant by "it"? I tried it with the topic maps and so on. Couldn't get it working.
Any hints are appreciated.
Kind regards,
Christoph
Hi Christoph
I did use that guide once with succes, but not for specific indexes. And I agree with you, it's hard to tell what is meant by "copy it".
I know that TREX Development (Mikhail Sirotkine) will be able to answer this question, if you create a customer message, but it would be even better, if they came here to answer the question.
Kind regards,
Martin Søgaard

Hi all,
I did open up a OSS and got a link to a note with further information on that:
https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=700771
I hope this will help, I will see.
It has something to do with the TREX Extension.
Kind regards,
Christoph
