I am new to GRC AC 10 and I need to configure workflow for various modules of AC.

How can we insert the new process id and what are the steps we need to follow in adding the new process id in place.

it is not possible to create new process id for MSMP workflow

thank you for the reply,

i know this MSMP workflow customizing .My requirement is to create a new process id altogether from MSMP . Need the step by step approach to achieve this Its not workflow customizing with the existing process id ,,i need a completely new process id
