Sender Ariba Channel--Email notification issue

Hi Team,

We have an issue where sender Ariba CC is not polling the Invoices from Ariba.

we have enabled the Email notification property and set the email ids of our team but still we are not receiving the notifications.

Any inputs from your end for not getting notifications.
