Reinstalling SAP Predictive Analytics after unistalling

Hi experts!

I can't reinstall SAP Predictive Analytics 3.3 Desktop version after uninstalling it, it shows error "Incompatible products cannot be present" during prerequisites check. Can you provide any advice?

I am unable to access the SAP note referenced in the link above. I can't reinstall SAP Predictive Analytics 3.3 Desktop version after uninstalling it, it shows the following error "incompatible products cannot be present" during prerequisites check. Can you let me know how to fix that.
