Cloud for Customer KUT - Add field is not working?


We were working on ref tenant, was available to create and remove the custom field on standard objects in adaptation mode, but certainly now this functionality stop working as Pop Up doesn't appear when we try to add/create new fields on standard objects, Where as add mashup works fine. Any idea or solution for this fix ?

Note: There is no popup blocker or anything applied on our browser.

    Hello Pradeep,

    Can you upload a reference image of why the KUT tool does not work for you?

    As recommendations:
    1. Make sure you use the Google Chrome browser and that this is an HTML5 view; if you are using the adaptation mode you are possibly in a silverlight view and it is preferable that you use Internet Explorer to work in this Silverlight view.
    2. Make sure that the user you are using is not with the Developer Role, try to make sure you have sufficient permissions or recreate a user with a standard administrator role.
