hi

i think you have not settled the order, before settling if you run the T code CO99 system will try to do the business completion ,since your order balance is not Zero ,system will not allow to do so

hence system will Teco the order and save it

also if you again try to execute the CO99 you can find the order number in the error message saying order balance is not ZERO

hi

whether the status CLSD has seen in the order status after manually closing ,check once again ,if it can be closed manually then in CO99 it should be closed without any problem

Hi Ebin

The residence time is the min no of time in days for which the work order is residing in the system for ex if you are giving the residence time as 10 (& today is 20th), then the system will do the CO99 for those orders which have been raised before 10th.

I hope you are doing these steps in CO99:

1. Entering the plant

2. Enter the order type

3. Remove the tick u201CWith CO Production ordersu201D.

4. Tick u201Cw. plant maintenance ordersu201D

5. Put the residence time as 0.

6. And then first do the test run before actual run

Thanks

Hi,

if residence time is 0(zero) system will close the orders upto yesterday only.

but system is just showing that the order is closed.the message is as below in the message log after CO99.

I KO 392 1 1 800256 Order 800256: Status CLSD set

but when i take the particular order its status is still TECO. and can be manually closed also.

Can u suggest a solution to sort it out?

thanks

As Mr Anish told when i unchecked the test run the orders have been closed.

I have awarded points to all.
