Index is not working as expected in Smart Filter Bar

I am using Smart Filter bar. Based on the index which is mentioned in the configuration, the order of fields appears in the Smart filter bar. But for one of the field its behaving weird. Even though I give index as 16 or any other number it appears in second postion. Please help me in this regard

Attached is the code snippet for the field Origin.

I have maintained index as 10,but still it appears in second position.

I am not sure if the field is getting the new value. First, try to assign a field the index as 1 and observe the behavior(as this is zero based numbering system) without assigning index value to any other control.
