PLease advise
Say we have 5 levels of Nominal
. Level 5 being the lowest level.
In XL Reporter if you want to choose any other level except level 5 should it work?
Nominal No have 10, 11, 12 & 13 , either pick these of put bracket against all of them.
Summarise into Nominal 100 .
That Nominal 100 is level 4 . 10,11, 12, 13 Level 5 ,.
Can I pick that Nominal 100 instead of picking Nominal individually.
In SAP, Norminal code system is in levels.
In our case Level 5 is the highest level and this level is where all the norminal codes are stored.
For example,
Our sales accounts are Norminal 2000, 2001, & 2002.
The next level is Level 4 . which is called Total Sales =200
And this Sales Totoal 200 is the summary of 2000, 2001 & 2002
Question :
in XL reporter if I can choose Level 4 in ( 200) and will that work in giving me figures for total sales or do I have to chose the Level 5 norminal 2000, 2001 & 2002.

Hello,
Sorry I did not get clear understanding about your issue.
Do you mean that there are multiple levels value and you want to get a sum of them? If so, Total & Grand Total function can be used in Report Designer.
If it is not what you need, please give a detailed example.
Thanks,
