Creating Instance for Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA

Hi,

While setting up my Microsoft Azure account I selected West US and EsV3. My space was increased from 10 to 30 per the instructions. When attempting to create my instance in SAP CAL, it failed. I went back to Microsoft Azure and selected West Europe and an increase to 30 for EsV3. I have been communicating via email with Microsoft and they said they can't keep up with the demand for West Europe. On Friday they indicated they could not provide a time on when they will be able to provide the space for the course. Can you please assist so that I can complete the course's first week requirements.
