Upgrade from CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007 dublestack

Hi Group.

Running JPREPARE for the java stack we get stucked in the step where mounting points are requested ( EXTRACT_ROMS ). The JPREPARE cannot find the correct label or index.

In the step EXTRACT_ROMS the JPREPARE askes for the mount point of the following DVD Type:

CRM60_Java 'CRM 6.0 Java DVD'

DVD_KERNEL 'SAP Kernel 700'

NW_Java 'NW Java Content DVD

We copied the DVD's to our iSeries and try to extract from there in a pathes like this:

Y:\BASISDVD\SAPNW04s_SR3\CRM2007\D51033093_CRMJava

Y:\BASISDVD\SAPNW04s_SR3\CRM2007\D51033260_KRN

Y:\BASISDVD\SAPNW04s_SR3\CRM2007\D51033265_NWJava

Labels ( LABEL.ASC) are the following:

SAP:JAVA-DVD1:CRM60:SAP CRM 2007 Java DVD:*:D51033093

SAP:AKK:700:DVD_KERNEL:SAP Kernel 700:D51033260

SAP:JAVA-DVD:700SR2:content:*:D51033265

Since the step checks one by one we initially only specified the kernel DVD, since we know that it is working on iSeries side when running PREPARE for the ABAP stack.

Does anyone know what labels are expected???

We also tried to mount the DVD's in the PC running the SDTgui, without any success.

The upgrade process is asking for a mounting point on iSeris. Removing the Windows drive letter Y: solved the issue. The correct mounting point was \BASISDVD\.......
